Terms of Service

1. The service

Sajinmal is an app that organizes your photo library into albums and backs it up to your own cloud storage. It is operated by EUNON (the "Operator"). Its features are described in the app and the store, and may be added to or changed to improve the service.

2. Free and Pro

• On the free plan you can organize up to a set number of photos into albums each month (currently 100).
• Pro comes as a yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase. Benefits and prices are as shown on the app's Pro screen and in the store.

3. Payment, auto-renewal and cancellation

• Payment is made through your App Store or Google Play account and follows each store's policies.
• A yearly subscription renews automatically and is charged to the store account you purchased with, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel in the store's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; Android: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions). After cancelling, you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

Withdrawal from a purchase and refunds follow applicable law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the refund policy of the store you purchased from, and are requested from that store (App Store · Google Play).

5. Your responsibilities

• Use the app only with photos you have the rights to.
• Do not use it unlawfully or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
• Do not modify or reverse-engineer the app without authorization, or circumvent its paid features.

6. Limitation of liability

• Automatic organizing and classification may not be accurate, and the Operator does not guarantee its accuracy.
• Backup depends on the storage in your iCloud or Google account and on the status and terms of each service.
• The Operator is not liable for loss caused by reasons for which the Operator is not responsible, such as natural disasters, failures of your device or network, or outages of third-party services such as the App Store, Google Play, iCloud or Google Drive.

7. Changes to these terms

The Operator may change these terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce the changes and their effective date in the app or on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days before for changes that work against you).

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit over a dispute goes to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
